Portfolios Costs
The minimum art investment startup is US$ 3,000,000.00 ( three million $)and can vary upwards according to the type of portfolio requested by the client. Our service charges are 15% of the art investment amount and includes portfolio purchases, and consultation for tax benefits, insurance, security and storage.
We provide our clients with a complete file of art authentication, current art appraisal and provenance. Any applicable sales tax is not in the initial cost and will be paid separately by the client to the applicable state or country.
Guarantee
All of our art investment purchases are guaranteed and will be sold or bought back from the client only at the "buy in" price less initial 15% service fee at any time if they decide to dissolve their portfolio before the 3 year time allotment for investment.
